Using SUMO to Make A Difference in Education

Over the last 20 years, Paul and his team have been working with staff to Make A Difference to both themselves and children using the SUMO approach. We work with Multi Academy Trusts and individual schools as well as speaking at conferences for leaders in education

Our main focus is on supporting staff and providing them with the tools and insights needed to help them manage their wellbeing, develop resilience and positively embrace change.

Our belief is that ‘Resilience in the classroom starts in the staffroom’. We also provide training to help staff support  young people as they navigate their journey through education and help them to develop their confidence and resilience and form positive relationships with both themselves and each other.
