Public speaking
can be absolutely

Right now there are millions of presentations taking place around the world. But how many of them are really engaging with their audience?

Paul offers in house training to help equip staff to present with confidence.

Here’s why:

Ever sat in a presentation and wished the speaker had a better idea of how to deliver their message effectively?

You see, we can all talk. And in everyday life we’re faced with situations where we have to speak, to sell, to persuade or to influence others. But the problem many of us face is getting people to listen.

That’s why it pays to learn from an expert
with over 30 years experience around the world.

Most presentation skills courses are conducted by people who don’t present for a living. That’s where Paul is different.
Learn how to properly engage, persuade and impact any audience, whatever the size.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to develop their skills, confidence and effectiveness as a presenter, whether pitching for business, making an impact at meetings or standing out in an interview situation.

The day will be participative, relaxed and will involve small group exercises. It will not require you to make a formal presentation to the rest of the group.
What you will learn:

- The seven major mistakes of presenting and how to   overcome them
- How to manage anxiety and use nerves to your advantage
- The 12 ways to make your presentation memorable and engaging
- How to make slides sizzle and sell rather than induce deep states of sleep
- How to deal with questions and tough audience members
- How to use the SUMO approach to coach yourself when things go wrong

Who is it for?

This one day workshop provides a unique opportunity to be coached personally by Paul McGee, one of the UK’s leading presenters and presentation coaches. Strictly limited to only eight places, the day will be of significant benefit to the more experienced presenter or those who are needing to present more in their current role.

(Completion of the SUMO Presentation Masterclass Part One is advisable but not compulsory.)
What you will learn:

- How to gain the competitive edge when making
- Proven ways to influence and persuade an audience   whatever the situation
- How to disarm a negative and sceptical audience
- How to ensure people are more receptive and open to your ideas – even ones they may initially resist
- How to think quickly on your feet and remain calm under pressure

In our twenty years of running conferences, Paul McGee is the only speaker we have ever invited back. That above all explains the benefit we feel we have gained from hearing Paul’s SUMO philosophy.``

I've absolutely no doubt that your SUMO approach can help build resilience and enhance the quality of people's lives, in both medical and educational settings. The clarity and simplicity of your explanations are accessible to everyone and I know many patients who would benefit from this approach.``

I saw Paul present at an international conference. He uniquely addresses one of the biggest barriers to personal and business development... our own minds. The SUMO philosophy was a unanimous hit. Very, very powerful stuff!
