In 2005 my life changed when I heard Paul deliver SUMO at a CiPD conference. You can imagine my delight when in 2012 I was asked to come on board…I love delivering SUMO be that via keynotes, workshops, programs, or as a coach. I continue to be inspired by and grateful for it. For me (and my clients) it is a game changer.
