The SUMO Academy was developed for two types of people.
Firstly, it is of benefit for those who want to spread the SUMO messages across their organisation and imbed them within their culture. The principles relate to embracing change, developing resilience, improving wellbeing, and enhancing employee engagement, and can be flexibly adapted to meet your requirements so that the ideas and impact of the principles are sustained long-term.
The second group of people who can benefit from the SUMO Academy are self-employed trainers or coaches who want to incorporate the SUMO principles within their own material.
Whichever applies to you, you’ll receive extensive, in-depth coaching from Paul in order to help you maximise how you can best incorporate the principles within your given context. You’ll also receive a one year licence which can be renewed annually.
